You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the package.
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed only after reviewing the video evidence.

We do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused from our end.
